Executive Chef Chad Hicks and his team have created a variety of menus for your special day. From hors d’oeuvres during cocktail hour to a curated dinner that reflect your chosen dishes for your guests.Cocktail Reception – an array of choices to offer your guests as you are taking your photos. Your guests will be impressed as they walk through the foyer being greeted with passed appetizers from Poached Prawns to our signature Coconut Breaded Chicken “Lollipops”!
Buffets – Offering 3 different buffets to choose from…an ideal way to satisfy everyone’s palate. This is the most popular menu style for weddings.
Plated Meals – A more traditional wedding style service, starting with an appetizer, entrée and dessert.
Late Night Snacks – To end the evening – why not offer a late-night snack? From Poutine Stations to Doughnut stations there is something for everyone!

Due to our liquor license, Northview is required to provide all the alcohol.
Northview provides all food and beverages for events to ensure quality and consistency. While outside caterers are not permitted, you are welcome to bring in a wedding cake from an outside bakery to make your celebration uniquely yours.
