Requesting Donations for Community or Charitable Events

Northview Golf & Country Club is pleased to support our local communities. We understand that each and every request is for a worthy cause. Northview receives an overwhelming number of requests for donations daily. To ensure that the process is fair to all while satisfying the needs of our local communities, please read the following information carefully:

Donations are considered only during the time period of January – March.

We require a minimum of 3 months prior to the date of your charity event. Only those submitted in this timeframe will be considered.

If your event is on February 1st, you would have to submit your request no later than October 31st. These requests are then reviewed by our Northview Team. Not all requests are guaranteed a donation.

Requests must be on official letterhead with a letter describing the event. No photocopies please. Please include the date of the event, a contact name, mailing address, phone number and/or email address.
