Great question! The Stewart & Serpentine rooms combined can hold up to 200 with dancing, 230 without dancing. Please note we can do 230 and tear down tables to allow dancing. The Palmer Room can hold up to 64 people, this number can fit with no dancing.
The room rental, ceremony fee, audio visual and all food and beverage. Please note Socan, Resound, taxes, and gratuities are not included in the minimum spend.
Yes, we have our Enchanted Wedding Garden located across from the clubhouse.
Yes, there is an inside option, on the dance floor with limited seating overlooking the golf course.
The ceremony starts at 6pm. For an additional fee of $500 you can book the day for decorating and start the ceremony as early as 4:30pm.
Access time is 3:30pm. If you book the day for an additional $500 your vendors can start as early as 10am.
This fee covers up to 150 wedding chairs, signing table, DJ music table.
Northview has over 400 parking spaces available.
Real rose petals are allowed outside, silk rose petals are allowed inside but there is a nominal fee to clean up.
When you are finished saying your “I do’s” – your guests will proceed to the clubhouse for the reception. It is recommended to offer refreshments while you are taking your photos.
Northview does not allow indoor cold sparklers or any form of indoor fireworks.
Our tables can fit up to 10 people (72” rounds)
We can fit up to 14 people on risers. Approximately 2 feet per person.
We can provide up to 5 screens that can be rented. Please refer to the wedding package for pricing.
Yes, we can provide if available items such as halal lamb, beef or chicken. Please note there is a surcharge for these items.
Yes, parking is complimentary, and guests are welcome to leave their cars overnight. Trailers and campers are not permitted overnight.
There is a lovely bridal room in our lower level available for brides and their bridesmaids.
Yes, we allow chairs to be brought in such as Chiavari, wooden chairs. The vendor is required to set up and take down prior to the end time on your contract.
The golf course is reserved for golfers only. The area that you can take photos are the wedding garden and in front of the clubhouse. Your designated wedding coordinator will be able tour you where photos are permitted.
Northview’s wedding coordinator is here to guide you through the planning and details of the day. They are also here the day of to assist in ensuring all the details that you have discussed are implemented.
These fees are music levy’s that the federal government charges for every event that music is played.
Yes, we are able to provide a rehearsal. Rehearsals can be booked 2-3 weeks prior to your wedding date, based upon availability. Rehearsals are required to take place Tuesday – Saturday ending before 5pm.
