Job Summary (Essential Functions)
Responsible to assist the Banquet Manager in all food & beverage production in the Banquet Department. Under the guidance of the Banquet Manager oversees staff training and supervises all Banquet service staff. Assures that the wants and needs of all club guests are consistently met and exceeded. In the absence of the Banquet Manager, the Banquet Captain is responsible for the operation of the Banquet Department.
