Northview Golf has a story around every corner. Discover below our two Arnold Palmer Signature Design championship golf courses, the Ridge and the Canal.












We have two package options available: The Stewart (Shotgun Tournaments) and The Palmer Package (Tee Timed Tournament).
Each package includes the green fee, shared power cart, range balls, bagged lunch, dinner buffet, complimentary banquet room for your dinner banquet and awards, on-course signage set up and teardown, on-course table and chair setup for hole activation, registration area with power access, and assisted planning guidance from your Tournament Director.
Range of pricing is dependent on the Course selected and the day of the week the tournament is booked. Please reach out to our Tournament Director for pricing.
All golf events will be conducted rain or shine. Cancelling or postponing your event due to rain is not possible, with the exception of extreme weather (flooding, hail, greens unplayable, lightning, etc.) as deemed by the Superintendent, Director of Golf, or General Manager on the day of the event.
We recommend Texas Scramble for tournaments.
For a Shotgun Tournament (Stewart Package), the minimum requirement is 144 players. You are charged the full minimum requirement in golf, food and beverage, even if your numbers are below 144 players.
Large Tee Time Tournament (Palmer Package) has a minimum of 44 players. Large Tee Time Tournaments can be from 44 players up to 140 players. You are charged the full minimum requirement in golf, food and beverage, even if your numbers are below 44 players.
Upon signed contract (First deposit)
$1,500 between 16 – 48 players (Tee Timed Tournaments)
$3,000 between 48 – 140 players (Tee Timed Tournaments)
$5,000 (Single Shotgun Tournament)
$10,000 (Double Shotgun Tournament)
Second Prepayment – 21 Day Prior to Event Date
$30,000 (Single Shotgun Tournament),
$70,000 (Double Shotgun Tournament)
Estimated Event Total – 1 Week Prior to Event Date – Full Remaining Balance of the Estimated Event Total
15 days of Receipt of Final Invoice – Additional Charges Incurred on Event Day
The Stewart and Palmer Package both include a Bagged Lunch (Artisan Sandwich, Fresh Fruit, Hardbite Chips, Cookie, & Non-Alcoholic Beverage) and Banquet Dinner (The Champions Dinner Buffet) for each player.
All food and beverages for the Dinner Banquet are provided by Northview Golf and Country Club.
All alcoholic beverages for sponsored holes must be purchased through the Northview Golf and Country Club; outside alcohol is strictly prohibited.
For sponsored food activations on the golf course, outside food vendors are permitted in accordance with our Food & Beverage On-Course Policy. For each outside food vendor serving on the course, an On-Course Food Station must be purchased through Northview.
Event Organizers and Sponsors are responsible for the set-up and tear-down of their own equipment.
Northview staff will manage the set-up of course signage for the tournament, the set-up of Northview’s tables, chairs and umbrellas for activations.
Set-up requirements outside of Northview’s Scope of service will incur a minimum fee of $160 per staff member scheduled for set-up. For example, this includes requests such as tent set-ups.
We do not offer credits or merchandise as prizes; however, merchandise or gift cards can be purchased at the Pro Shop as prizes.
